Originally planned for May 2020, and delayed once more due to the November 2020 lockdown, Up Close and Musical will be taking place in front of a live audience throughout July and August 2021, and later available online via The Violin Channel and on Up Close and Musical’s youtube channel.

Join Artistic Director Shiry Rashkovsky to hear some of the world’s finest and most daring musicians in the unique atmosphere of Fidelio Orchestra Cafe, Clerkenwell.

You can settle in and get to know our artists through personally curated concerts where they will play some of their favourite pieces and reveal what goes on behind the scenes in candid conversations with Up Close and Musical’s Artistic Director, violist Shiry Rashkovsky. Enjoy some of the best names in classical, jazz, contemporary and electronica, and discover more of the world of music through encounters with musical entrepreneurs, journalists and composers.

Events are timed around coffees and drinks and meals for full immersion.

A two course dinner is available with some events (must be pre-ordered when purchasing tickets)
